Summer Challenge--Week 10

This is quick, cause I am typing this while I am at the hotel. Weigh in today 212.6, that is up 1.6 from last week , but I have to admit that my eating has been weak. I am going to try my best while I am away. You know when you know that you have lost alot of weight , yet you still look at yourself and realize that there is SO much more to work on? That is how I feel today.*SIGH* Nothing that I can do, but be the best me that I can be (I just reread that and it sounds uber cheesy)

Ugh, I feel that way all the time! I look at the numbers and go "great" and then look in the mirror and go, "Darn."

It can be hard to stay on track when socialising. You have been doing so well though. your taking part in carnival.

Hey girl!! It's not too late to join the challenge...just realize that you lost 4 days that everyone else had, lol. Still plenty of time though to take the lead and win the challenge!! The prize is a $50 gift cert. to an online store...woo hoo! :) If you want to join, I need a scale pic of the weight you're starting at, then weigh in each Friday and leave me a comment...then take one more scale pic at the end of the challenge to prove how much you lost.
I never thought about going to my local running store and see if they have any classes about getting started! Thanks so much for the idea and encouragement!
Sounds like you're doing great. Even the most dedicated have a 1 or 2 (or in my case - 10) pound setback!
Girl you could totally wear a halter dress! I am 4'11 huge boobs and I make it work and I make it work good! :] You could totally rock one and look completely chic!
