Until Caribana,  my plan of action is to continue working twice a day.  After talking to my friend's boyfriend he suggested low weight and high reps for my strength training, so that is what I have been doing and let me tell you, I am feeling the burn.

How do you do it? I've had goals of doing 2-a-days for forever....and I rarely do it. I don't know if its a mental thing or what but no matter what it seems like I just can't get myself to workout twice a day regularly!!!
