I'm exhausted, so this will be quick:
  • Ate alot of crap,maybe not crap but cheese and crackers at a reception at school
  • Did the hills, it was actually one hill loop, 3 times, I know that I am going to be in pain tomorrow.  It really wasn't as bad as I thought...Total 6.2K, 623 calories, 51 minutes....14/25
  • Star system is already a fail, more talk of that a bit later
  • Tomorrow is the 5K Girls For The Curre Walk
  • I think I am going to get a massage on Friday, I know that I deserve it.
  • 100 days until the end of the year, 15 weeks I think
  • I want to commit to loss one pound a week, so 15 pounds by Dec. 31. Anyone else want to commit to this? Come on I know you want to......

I am committing that the 1lb a week. 15lbs would put me under 200lbs for the first time in 2 or 3 years i think i would be around 192 sounds good to me :D.
