Long day  VERY LONG DAY. Taught 4 classes, had a meeting at lunch, helped with the junior volleyball team.  Didn't make it to the gym, but I did make it for the run. 4K.  Eating was ok, need to drink more water. 3/25 workouts.

GIRLLLL!!!! I definitely sympathize with you on not being able to eat right!!! I have been struggling as well & I can't seem to snap out of it. I want to commend you the job well done with running!! You are really doing a great job....I love that you are starting a new beginning!! I started as well on Monday!!! Keep up the great work!! Much Love!
