Check out this video, Ernestine Sheppard is truly an inspiration! At 73 years old and she can bench press 150 pounds and she runs 80 miles a week!  You go Granny!  She only started at 53!  She is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest female body builder.  Look at those abs.....

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her story! I love that she is not on any medications and she has not had any injuries or is in any pain.

She is beautiful and amazing. When I first learned about her last year, she gave me motivation to do something. But today seeing her story again, she gives me something to look forward too...I can stay in great shape if I stay at it.
