Help Me!

Two questions for you:
- I can't drink water anymore! Help me, how do I get back at it. How do you get in your ___ oz?
- What di you do when you come home late (say 10 pm) and you have not had supper yet? Do you eat? Do you suck it up and go to bed? Do you have a light snack?

for #2, i'd say to go light. maybe a fruit salad or some soup. from what i've read it's isn't healthy to eat a heavy meal late.
As for water, I have it near me. I got a pitcher for water. Sometimes I slice strawberries, oranges or limes, put that at the bottom, then a layer of ice and then water. It stays cold and has an essence of fruit without fake sugar.
If it's late I usually get something light, spoon of peanutbutter, chug some water then quickly to bed before I put more stuff in my mouth.
#1 - I used to carry a 1 liter bottle of water with me and gave myself a deadline for drinking it all. Once done, I'd refill and drink again with a new deadline.
Recently I began using the iphone app, Drink Alert, which gives me a a reminder to drink and allows me to record my consumption. I've met my goal every day. Love it!
#2 - I hate going to bed hungry from skipping dinner or eating a very early dinner. My after dinner snack is yogurt. To me it is filling enough to take the edge off and allow me to sleep.
Personally I would not opt to eat a full meal and then go to sleep.
#1 I have a 32 ounce bottle that I drink from. Minimum i drink two of those a day.
%2 It depends on how I feel. If I am a little bit hungry I will eat something light Or maybe just an apple. If I am hungry I eat a sandwich or something like that then I would stay up an hour before I go to bed. If I am not hungry I don't eat.
#1. A straw helps me tremendously. I start with a normal 24 oz cup, then the next 24 oz I add maybe lemon, then the 3rd 24 oz I'll do a SF punch thingy, then the last one is normal. That way I feel like I am switching it up. But the straw is the trick...
#2. If I am starving I will have something light because I cant sleep with that feeling...but If I am ok then I'll suck it up and go to bed.
Believe it or not I have read in several books that a heavy meal at night is not as bad as you think. Your body is burning calories as you sleep and that is the longest time you have in between meals to burn. At least 6 hours.
#1: Drink tea. My fav is mint tea (no sugar).
#2: I would have a light snack or maybe even some steamed veggies. Nothing that would feel too heavy in my stomach.
#1 Have a water bottle with you all the time. In school I just throw it in my backpack, doing errands it's more of an effort to carry the bottle everywhere but that reminds me to drink up.
#2 Turkey! I love sandwiches and turkey has that stuff that makes you sleepy.

#1 - I carry around a liter with me also... everywhere. But I also chew cinnamon fire gum... because it makes me so thirsty!
#2 I had that happen to me tonight... I came home and had chicken soup... homemade... basically broth and some chicken with seasoning. Not too heavy but filling.
