I went for a run tonight, the last time I ran was Oct.20, that is almost A MONTH ago.  It felt great even though it was wet and windy.  Here are the stats:

Time: 24:21
Calories: 341
Distance: 3.41 K
Average Pace/HR: 7:09 min/km   163bpm
Max Pace/HR: 5:07 min/km     178 bpm

Tomorrow, I am going to try and get 4 Km in and work my way up from there.  I know that I said I was going to get 50 Km this month but since we are at the 16th, I do not think it is possible, but I will try.

Way to go!!!! You could totally make 50!!! Pull out your calendar and plan out your runs... if you do 3 KM everyday and do 4KM a couple of those days... you got it. Course... I don't know what you're going through... but I totally believe in you! I will be joining soon with the running!

Get it girl! Keep up the good work. I'm just learning how to run, and I really enjoy it. I'm currently doing Couch to 5k. I hope that I can keep it up, because I think it helps me to think clearly and feel much better.
