Weight In ....Woot! Woot!

Today I did a Bootcamp class and Spinning ( I know I am on crack) and then I weight myself, drum roll please..............
230.6 !
Excellent!
I am so happy, 220's here I come!
To day I had
-3 tangerines with a piece of cheese ( I don't like to eat a lot before the gym)
-2 oz cashews
- Omelet made of 3 eggs and vegetables (onions, red and green pepper)
-2 slices of toast
-Mixed fruit (banana, cantaloupe, melon dew)
