How Low Can You Go

Today was uneventful, went out to eat with some coworkers and had a sirloin salad, asked for the dressing on the side but of course they put it on top (was not happy about that)...Tomorrow is the first weight in and I am sure that I am down, the question is by how much.

I will head to the gym in the morning for Body Blast (weights) and Spinning!

Tip of the day: Eat slower, put your fork down with each bit. I have been doing this and I have noticed that it is taking me longer to eat and thus I am fuller faster!
