How Low Can You Go

Today's weigh was 232.2. Boo! That's is up 2.4 from last week. Now I have to ask myself why, here are the reasons that I have come up with:

-I went out to eat twice this week and had dessert one of those times
-Missed out on a gym session

Alas, all I can do it continue and aim to be down next week.

Over the past week I started exercising more.. but weight hasn't even budged.... so I was thinking maybe I'm still losing fat... and gaining muscle... could this be what you are going through too?
