Crunch Time

There are 10 days until my trip to Panama.  I am at my highest weight I have been since January 2010 (223) when I started this blog.  I know that I have not been at the gym for a week so that plays a huge toll, but it is time to get serious.  For the next 10 days I am going H.A.M. Gym twice a day (I was there at 6 this morning) and eating on point.  I am hoping to drop 10 pounds.  Wish me luck!

This post reminded of a few years ago...I was on my way to Miami. The last few weeks I really put in hard work - managed to lose some and the momentum kept me going even after I came back...I kept losing. I hope the same for you!

10 pounds in 10 days...that's an awesome goal...but you can do it. Here I am trying to figure out how to lose 10 pounds in 50 days. You've inspired me to get moving.
