Not Feeling It

I don't even feel like writing this but here goes:
-I didn't go to the gym yesterday
- the weather is so bad that I didnt go today either
- I have been so hungry lately
- I just ate way to many crackers and pieces of cheese
-weigh in will be posted tomorrow
-debating about driving 2 hours this weekend to Ottawa for the lululemon warehouse sale.

Hope you are doing better than I am.

- lululemon sale sounds awesome
- it's never too late to start again. you ate too many crackers, thats fine. take control of your eating now. the past is behind us, but as strong women it's our responsibility to take charge of the present and future.

People have bad days all the time. It's alright if you mess up. Just remember to get back up and start over. You can do it!

I was in a funk all last week- always hungry. But is turning around. It will for you too! Ironically. the weather got better here- not as cold. Hope the weather gets better for you up there!

Ooooohh you have to go to Ottawa!! One of my friends asked me if I was going to already be there (that's where most of my coworkers are), and I'm sad to say I won't be...I'd totally go!!

Do you track what you eat? I don't, so it makes it harder to figure out what's going on when I'm just HUNGRY (which happens to me from time to time) - my latest secret has been to grab a chobani and bottle of water when I'm feeling munchy. Totally satisfies me!

I was there with you today. I needed to study for my test...so I skipped Go-Go Cardio. I planned on going to the gym after, but I just finished making more dang flash cards. Ugh.

not a good day huh?

just remember what your end goal is. Do you want it? How badly?? Coz if you want it bad enough you will put down the food and get moving. No one ever regretted NOT DOING a workout!!
