I gained back what I lost!!! So I'm back to zero! I gained .6 so I'm back where I was. UGH! Next week will be better! :) I'm really going to push it!

Damn PMS. Only down 0.8 lbs. With nothing lost last week I feel like I'm not really jumping into this challenge.

I gained 1 pound. BUT I did work out Monday through Friday and today (sunday) I can't remember the last time I've done that, if ever. Food was a challenge because I had family visiting and food was everywhere. But I hope to repeat last weeks workout frequency this week.
