Week 2 is here!
I weigh in this week at 211 so that is a 0.4 loss for the week. Not so great, but at least it is a loss. Post your losses in the comment section.
I gained 1 pound. BUT I did work out Monday through Friday and today (sunday) I can't remember the last time I've done that, if ever. Food was a challenge because I had family visiting and food was everywhere. But I hope to repeat last weeks workout frequency this week. Missmajestic

i lost 1 pound this week not to shabby considering my week. Once i get my eating together its gonna be on like donkey kong (what???)...lol

I gained back what I lost!!! So I'm back to zero! I gained .6 so I'm back where I was. UGH! Next week will be better! :) I'm really going to push it!

Horrible Week
Damn PMS. Only down 0.8 lbs. With nothing lost last week I feel like I'm not really jumping into this challenge.
Next week will be better, next week will be better, next week will be better......

Gained back what I lost last week, so it's +1.2 this week.
I stayed the same this week, which I'm satisfied with because my eating was really bad this week. :(
