I must say that I am feeling good.  The half marathon is in less than 2 months and I am getting my butt in gear, trying hard to stick to my 5 runs a week.  Tuesday I did 3K, Wed. I did hill training that added up to 7K, Thursday was 6.9 K and today I am suppose to do another 3K. That is almost 20K!  Whew!

Sunday is 14K, I missed the 12K last weekend because of a friend's birthday.  This will be the longest that I have ever run.  I am super excited.

Way to go! I did about 12 Km last weekend and just have 5K training this weekend. I cannot believe the half is coming up so quickly! Run Haneefa Run!
