Don't Forget to Rest

It hit me today that I have been to the gym 6 days in a row, so today I decided to rest.  My teeth are killing me from some work I have done last week, so it is hard for me to eat.  Hope everyone is doing well.

Very true, rest days are vital to our body's self-restoration/healing when we train! My day of rest is tomorrow, and I'm going to truly enjoy it ... lol!

Resting is just as important as working out! You're doing awesome!
