How Low Can You Go

Day 5, 6 and 7

   I was so sick on Saturday and Sunday, so no workouts were had. Today was the first day that I started to feel better so I went for a 20 min walk with a friend and I am now doing 20 minutes on the elliptical paired with some squats and overhead presses. 


So all in all this challenge was a semi fail. At least I tried!

You tried and that is all that matters. Nothing beats a failure, but a try! Hope you feel better
