How Low Can You Go

>> Thursday, February 7, 2013

That is how many pounds MORE I weigh this year than at this time last year.  I don't even know why I have this blog anymore.  It is suppose to be a WEIGHT LOSE BLOG instead it is a....I don't even know what is it.  I am not an helping anyone by no losing weight, including myself.
I have good intentions, but obviously when I do nothing, nothing happens.  I know this, this is nothing new to me.

YOU'VE been on a roll so far physically... just keep it up.

why not just take it like a week at a time?

Do you think you can lose 1 lb next week? aim for that. i honestly recommend tracking your calories... you seem to need/like plans/structure and that seems to be good. i recommend loseit. it's free.

Don't give up! I just found your blog maybe 3 weeks ago, so you can't give up ;)
I like the person's comment above mine. Let's both shoot for one pound next week!

I'm in the same boat. I got myself together around this time last year, and it all slowly unraveled this fall. I'm back at square one. Don't give up the good fight. I'm not! Know that you aren't alone. There's lots of us trying to stay on the fitness path.

Don't give up. You can do this.

This journey is always going to have bumps in the road. 13 lbs in a year is a little over 1 lb a month which is not a huge gain from all the success you've had.

Its a weight loss blog but also a form of support and a place to get things out. the same amount of time it took to put the pounds on the same amount of time it will take to get it off. 13 pounds okay well thats just another goal to add to try to drop 15 by xyz. We all fall down but the key is not to stay but take it all in stride and keep pushing.

A great example. So many of us are not health- or weight-conscious!

But people can relate to your struggle -- what you've shared in this post is honest and real. Don't...give...up. Please don't.
