How Low Can You Go

     I ran with my running club yesterday in my new shoes and they were great.  Running Club is also going really well we did 3K yesterday and the girls are starting to feel better about themselves.
   As for me I am getting back on track after a few days of eating like crap.  I had so many events back to back that I DO NOT want to see another hamburger or french fry until Christmas.  I hate how I feel when I have not eaten well for a few days.
   I feel like I am lost, I know what I have to do, but I am not doing it.

Ugh! I know how you feel!
I hate when I get stuck in a "bad eating" rut!
I almost gave in to some fast food today, but it rained so hard that I didn't want to stop until I got home, and now I am glad I did. My "one time only" dates with unhealthy food ALWAYS turn into weeks that I have to "undo" later (that was a lot of quotation marks but whatever... lol).
Maybe I will get to the point where I can eat it once and move on with doing right, but I'm definitely not there now!

I've felt how you have felt. It's definitely the (unpopular) part of the journey. You'll get past this and you'll get stronger. I'm actually excited for you because I know you can do it, and I'm looking forward to many good reports on your successful progress in the near future. :)
