Why is that everyday the scale creeps up a bit even though I am not doing anything different?  I hate you scale.

I hope you figure out things soon,,, Have you tried reading weight loss books? I have been reading this book called "I can do this diet" by Dr. Don Colbert and it is really changing my life. I don't follow the plan in the book but there is a section in it that speaks about believing that you can lose the weight and that section has really helped me I think. And he has simple changes that his former patients made that helped them to lose weight. So maybe you can check your library to see if the book is available.It is a really good read because it has a ton of useful information.

Maybe your body has adjusted to its current schedule and needs a kick in the you-know-what to get jump started again. Plateaus happen. You'll figure something out! Good luck!

maybe your gaining muscle? maybe you've hit a plateau and need to switch your workout routine up.

Good luck, I know how discouraging it is to be pushing really hard and not seeing progress on the scale.
