My Body Just Won't Work

I am really disappointed in my body. When I eat well and go to the gym nothing happens, when I eat badly and stay away from the gym nothing happens.  WTF!  I don't get whey my body is holding onto the weight.  I am not giving up yet, but it is super discouraging.

Don't give up! You can do this! It takes a while for our body to respond sometimes because it's in shock?

I know how discouraging that can feel. But it's a good thing you're not giving up. The only place you can go from here is UP. And UP is coming for you dear blogger pal.

Losing weight shouldn't be as hard as many people try to make it. People who are desperate to achieve weight loss are often prone to take more risks. The only reason most people fail in their fitness goals is that they have good intentions at first to adopt a new lifestyle, yet after a few weeks or months, they abandon their good intentions and slip right back into their old bad habits that gave them the excess body fat in the first place.
