Hitting the Gym Hard

     I have really been trying lately.  I have been hitting the gym extra hard and trying to keep my eating in check.  The scale is being a biotch right now, but I am feeling better and I am proud of myself.
     I am having these visions of going back to school at the end of August under 200 pounds for the first time in my adult life.  I am going to make it happen, I have to.

I am 34.0 pounds away for being under 200 lbs for the first time since the age of 30! I celebrated the ibig 5-0 this past April and I recently returned to running! We can do this, I blog daily at Sparkpeople.com and I am now getting very excited about reaching my 2012 goal! Best of wishes in your weight loss journey!

You can do this! I'm sure you've set a daily calorie goal. Write down what you eat no matter what! Add that up @ the end of the day, and subtract calories burned during your workout. I'm sure everyone does it differently, but staying on goal and doing your workouts will get you there soon. Oh, and only weigh yourself once a week @ the same time! I have faith in you!!
