The Plan

>> Wednesday, May 7, 2014

-Workout for as many days a weeks as I can (this week I got four days in)


-drink at least 2 L of water a day (this is so hard for me )

-Eat mostly fruits and veggies. Not too much meat. Minimal sweets. Next to no carbs.

-STAY AWAY FROM THE SCALE! (I am addicted! I think I am going to have to give it to my friend and only weight in one a week)

I need to stay away from the scale myself...lol But for now its the only way that I stay on track. I have a lot of catching up to do on your blog Good luck with the fruit and veggies I always get good results when I stick to eating that type of food.

Staying away from the scale sounds a like a good idea, speaking from experience, it is incredibly demoralizing to see that all your hard work has accounted for very little change.

I got rid of my scale along time ago. It seriously was driving my nuts.
