New Shoes

  I am so excited I got new running shoes yesterday.  I decided to go back to Asics and got the GT 2000's they look like this:
  I am going to try them on the treadmill later today.  I went grocery shopping and I am getting back into the swing of things.

The shoes look great! How do you determine which ones to get? I'm in desperate need of some new workout/running shoes, but not sure what determines "a good pair."
