From where I am that seems like a lot to spen on a gym membership. But if it includes alot of features that are worth the $68 then I say go for it!
Peace and Blessings
I think so. But if it's your only option, what do you do? These gyms need to be more competitive with their prices.
HELLZ YES!
but I’m not in your finances....but for me HELLZ YES!
Especially since you run outdoors and its about to be spring...and just YEAH too much!
I agree with Curvy Diva....but that shit better come with some type of massage and a couple personal training sessions or some laundry action...SOMETHING!
Oh, that seems a little steep to me - but then again, I'm frugal, lol. I suppose the value really does depend on the associated services and/or amenities that come with the membership, though.
No :)
Since I pay $85
Wanna switch bills, huh?
I love that my gym is close to my school, job and church. And that it offers fitness classes that have really peaked my interest in living my very best healthful life.

... I consider it like this. (An I pay about $65) How much did I use to spend ...on eating out monthly (That's ..2...3 nights out if you are lucky!) Not too add the junk food, snacks, coffees and randoms we pick up along the way in a month. Is your health worth the trade off or to sacrifice other things...
But make sure you use it and get your money worth!

YES MAAM! That is expensive! I asked my mom and she said that like $29.00 was average for gym membership. Is the gym your signing up for a 24-hour gym? If not I wouldn't pay that much, but I'm also cheap! LOL
Here we pay 65 buck for a family of 4 with full access to everything. We even get shampoos, bodywash, towels, ironing service and childcare for the little ones..
I was at a really nice gym for $68 a month. I ended up giving it up to watch my budget. But when things are better I'd like to have it back. I feel like it's a really nice perk because I'm constantly at the gym. I'd rather treat myself with this than food. So I say no as long as you can afford it, you use it, and you do it to be good to yourself.
it depends, is it more or less in comparison to other gyms in your area?
Does the gym have all the features you need?
Personally I've been paying about $58 a month for my gym but to me it's worth it. I can go to any location in Canada (i'm on vacation on the other side of the country and have used the gym here), I'm happy with the constant equipment repair and upgrades and I use the gym regularly so it's worth every penny.
I think so, but I don't have a gym membership at all. I run outside and I use the 3 fitness centers in my HOA community. If I were in your shoes, I'd also ask myself these questions:
1 - Can I afford a $68/month gym membership?
2 - How often will I go to get my money's worth?
If the $68 is just for a one person monthly gym membership then I would say too much. But I also don't the amenities to which you would be getting. So its up to you, but seems a little high for just one person.
I would pay that much for 2 people not just me.
hope that helps,

If you think you'll use it often then it's money well spent.
Not too much if you'll use it...say, 3-4 times a week. If this is a tool for treating yourself well, I say do it.
Also, some jobs' health insurance reimburse costs partially. You might check out if yours is one. They try to be all sneaky about it.
